
Summa Salt Product: Lemon Salt
Serving Size: 6
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon of Summa Salt Lemon Herb Salt
12 slices of smoked salmon
12 crackers (such as water crackers or whole-grain crackers)
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped
2 tablespoons capers, drained
1 bundle of diced chives
Fresh dill sprigs for garnish
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture:
In a small bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, lemon juice, lemon zest, and finely chopped dill.
Mix until smooth and creamy.
Season with Summa Salt’s Lemon Salt and pepper.
Assemble the Canapés:
Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture onto each cracker.
Top with a folded slice of smoked salmon.
Place a few capers on top of the salmon.
Add a piece of green onion to each canapé.
Garnish and Serve:
Garnish each canapé with a small sprig of fresh dill.
Arrange the canapés on a serving platter.
Keep cool and immediately.
